GFL Cosmetics is a group with 30 years of experience in the industry. Our Made in Italy cosmetics are available across multiple market channels, including hotels, retail, large-scale distribution, and e-commerce. Thanks to our production capacity and global sales network, we can offer innovative cosmetic collections and customized contract solutions.

Our headquarters are in Switzerland, with sales offices across Europe, the Middle East, and North America, and a distributor network in South America, Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific region. We supply cosmetics to independent and regional hotels as well as international hotel chains.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Key Account Manager, based in Germany, to join our team and help develop the Local Market, with specific focus on Southern Germany. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing new sales contracts and managing existing accounts.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and secure new sales contracts with hotel groups, independent hotels, resorts, and cruise ship operators through direct engagement and negotiation.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and distribution partners, ensuring continued collaboration and business growth.
  • Achieve and exceed sales turnover and margin targets, aligning with company objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with designated distributors to ensure contract compliance and seamless implementation of agreements.
  • Provide training and support to distributor sales teams to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research to identify new hotel openings and business opportunities, independently or with distributor network support.

Skills and requirements

  • Strong alignment with the company’s values of environmental respect and sustainability.
  • Highly self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with a proactive, individual and team-oriented results-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel within Italy, with occasional short stays abroad when required.
  • Tech-savvy, proficient in Excel and online business applications, with the ability to analyze data and optimize sales strategies.
  • Nice to have: prior experience or strong understanding of the hotel supply industry across the region.
